Attorney-Mediator George W. Wilhite
George W. Wilhite is an experienced trial attorney with more than 40 years practicing law. He has a wide range of experience dealing not only with complex personal injury, products liability and medical malpractice issues. Mr. Wilhite has been a Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Developer of both commercial and residential properties. He also has a background on both sides of the docket in Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), Residential Construction Liability Act (RCLA), insurance coverage issues, business law and employment law cases. He sincerely believes in the mediation process and its ability to deliver justice at an affordable price.
His qualifications include: BBA and LLB, University of Texas (1964); Board Certified, Personal Injury Trial Law, Texas Board of Legal Specialization; Graduate of Attorney-Mediator Institute, Basic and Advanced. He is a member of the Association of Attorney Mediators, and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, Houston Bar Association and the Houston Northwest Bar Association.
Northwest Mediation Center Facilities
Make your next mediation smooth and efficient at the Northwest Mediation Center. The Northwest Mediation Center is one of the few facilities available for mediation and arbitration in Northwest Houston. The Center is conveniently located with easy access from the Houston Bush Intercontinential Airport, Houston, Humble, The Woodlands, Conroe, Huntsville, Hempstead, Magnolia, Navasota, Bryan, College Station Brenham, etc. There are two large conference rooms available to accommodate the participants in mediation or arbitration.
The Houston Northwest Mediation Center provides a law library, facilities for snack and beverage service.
Audio-visual capabilities include:

- Television/VCR for video presentations
- X-ray film viewing box
- Teleconferencing
- Dry erase boards
The Northwest Mediation Center is available to other qualified mediators at a moderate per diem rate. The facilities can also be used for corporate meetings, conferences and workshops. Special arrangements may be made for weekends or evenings.
